Vacancy Call for Project Coordinator
The overall objective of the project is to develop mutual trust, confidence and cooperation between Turkish Cypriot and Greek Cypriot young people and their communities through joint activities that promote reconciliation and wellness.

Roles and Responsibilities
Under the overall guidance and supervision of the Managing Director the Project Coordinator will be responsible for:
 Day to day logistics and coordination of the project and activities
 Supporting the development of a peace-building health and wellness curriculum
 Supporting the development and implementation of the Leadership Development Program
 Developing and implementing a communication and advocacy strategy
 Liaising with key stakeholders

The applicants should have the following credentials:
 Be fluent in English and Turkish (both written and spoken)
 Have a graduate degree in either social science, or similar
 Have at least two years’ experience in the civil society sector
 Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 Experience in bicommunal projects will be an asset

A reasonable compensation package is offered depending on experience and qualifications.
